The regional leagues are the highest level of competition available to clubs wishing to compete in the regional structure.

Netball South West runs three senior regional leagues, as well as an U16 regional league, U14 regional league and the regional round of the National Schools Tournament:

Above regional level there are three divisions in the National Premier League.

The Regional League is the highest level of Netball within each of the England Netball regions. The South West Region have 3 levels; Regional One where the winners of this go forward to the National League Playoffs to try and win a place in National Division 3. Regional Two is currently the highest level a West Devon team compete in with Plymouth Pilgrims playing in this league. Regional 3 has two divisions of equal standard and are split geographically on a North/South basis. Each year we are invited to send a representative to play off and try and earn a spot in Regional League Three. Unfortunately we do not have any team at this level currently.

The Junior Regional League has expanded recently and there are two divisions in each age group; u14 and u16. Each County get to send 2 or 3 teams to play off in a seeding tournament in September each season. Those teams who finish in the top 8 positions are placed in Division 1 of their age group. The others are places in Division 2 where there is likely to be two divisions of equal level but split North and South by geography. The top two in Division 1 at the end of the season get to represent the South West at the National Finals.
